What’s Your Favorite Summer Treat?

There is nothing better on a hot summer day than a summer treat: Ice cream, watermelon, slushies, taffy or something completely different. What’s your favorite summer treat?

For me, there is nothing I love more on a hot summer day than a waffle cone with ice cream. The smell of waffle cones being made at an ice cream shop always bring me back to being a little kid with my mother.  While I’m not a huge fan of salt water taffy, I do love to go to Barefoot Landing and watch the taffy being pulled for hours.  My friends will buy bags of it to take home with them.
