Do You Shop at Beachwear Stores?

You can’t come to Myrtle Beach without noticing the plethora of beachwear stores along HWY 17. But does anyone ever shop in them?

Maybe it’s because I am a local and therefore see no reason to buy a sweatshirt that says “Myrtle Beach” on it, that I never visit beachwear stores. There are just so many of them in Myrtle Beach that I’m always wondering how they all stay in business. I find them to be completely overpriced, but then I could make that argument about a lot of things in Myrtle Beach. I mean the stores are fun to look at: The oversized sharks, the aquatic themes, and the billboards stating that everything in the store is on sale. But I never see people shopping in them. So I thought I would ask the people who vacation here:
