Leave the Phone at Home!

We live in a society where we are connected all the time; Iphones, Ipads, Laptops, email and work takeover every second of ever day. So when you hit the beach remember to leave the phone at home!

Listen I’m guilty of being as plugged in as everyone else. I have woken up at 3 am and checked my email. But I made myself a promise that this year I was going to hit the beach and unplug from life. I leave the cellphone at home and relax on the beach. I don’t worry about missed calls or emails or news- they will all be there when I get back from the beach. I want to spend my 3 hours on the beach relaxing, not talking on the phone or stressing about work. So next time you hit the beach, remember to leave the phone at home
