Acceptable Swimwear Required

When you live at the beach you see a lot of different types of swimwear; everything from bikinis, tankinis, boardshorts, and more. But there is one type of swimwear that draws the ire of everyone- Speedos.

Listen men, I know they are fashionable in Europe, but here in America Speedos are not okay at the beach. While I am sure they are comfortable, they aren’t doing you any favors and most women are grossed out by the idea of men in them. I can’t even begin to count how many times I have been lying on the beach only to see some 50 year old man walk by in a Speedo. The only people are acceptable to wear Speedos are professional swimmers, and even they wear boardshorts at the beach. So if you’re not Michael Phelps, Ryan Lochte, or a member of the US Olympic swim team- leave the Speedo at home.
