Q. I’m coming down for Easter, what kind of Easter events are going on?

A. Easter is a great time to come to Myrtle Beach. It’s really gorgeous weather and the area isn’t super crowded yet, plus there are tons of events going on. Here is a listing:


Easter Events:

  • 30th Annual North Myrtle Beach Easter Egg Hunt -McLean Park in North Myrtle Beach will be hosting an Easter egg hunt at 10 am on Saturday April 7th. Hunts are divided up by age group and there will be other activities

  •  Breakfast with the Easter Bunny- Come meet the Easter Bunny in The Market Common on Saturday April 7th  and have breakfast, hosted by Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant! $10 per person includes a gourmet breakfast and you can even have your photo taken with the Easter Bunny, make sure to bring your camera! Call ahead as reservations are required.

  •  Surfside Beach Easter Egg Hunt- The town of Surfside beach will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt from 2-4 pm on April 7th at Huckabee Park

  • Breakfast with the Easter Bunny and More- The Children’s Museum of South Carolina will be hosting an Easter Event from 9 am- noon on April 7th. The Easter Bunny will be hosting a special breakfast, have photos made with the Easter Bunny, hunt for eggs in a museum-wide Easter Egg Hunt, make Eater crafts and gifts for your family, and play Easter-themed games! Advanced reservations required.

  • Easter Bunny Breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe- Enjoy breakfast with the Easter Bunny at Hard Rock Cafe on Saturday, April 7th! This annual event has become a must attend for every family. Sharkee from Ripley's Aquarium will also be in attendance.

  • Amazing Grace Luthern Church (4761 Highway 501, Myrtle Beach) at 7:30 AM
  • Barefoot Church (701 Main Street, North Myrtle Beach) at 8 AM
  • First Presbyterian Church of Myrtle Beach (300 North Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach) at 8:45 am
  • Grand Strand Baptist Church at 6:45 am on the 2nd Avenue N. Pier
  • St. Andrew Catholic Mass at 8 and 10 am at The Palace Theatre.
  • St Paul's Waccamaw United Methodist Church of Pawley's Island (180 St. Paul Place, Pawleys Island) at 8:45 am.
