Donald Trump to Buy Pavilion?

For years there have been rumors that Donald Trump is looking to buy property in Myrtle Beach. With the current gambling legislation being discussed by the state government, those rumors are heating up again.
The most vociferous of these rumors is that Trump wants to buy the old Pavilion spot from Burroughs & Chapin to build a casino. It is unknown if the Pavilion land is up for sale, or if Burroughs & Chapin would be inclined to sell it to Trump. Trump has been in South Carolina in the last year, although mostly in Columbia as part of the Tea Party movement there. Burroughs & Chapin has recently leased out the Pavilion land for the next 4 years to Adrenaline Adventures, who will be building a zip line course there.
