Looking for something to do this December? How about hitting up Broadway at the Beach!
They have some awesome events going on this month: The Palace Theater is holding Christmas on Ice throughout December. There is a festival of trees at Ripley’s Aquarium. Across the street at the Pelican’s stadium is Shadrack’s Christmas Wonderland: a drive thru synchronized LED Christmas light and music show that has been featured in Forbes Magazine.
The Myrtle Beach Christmas parade will be kicking off at Broadway December 3rd. On December 5th Ten Toes Up, a rock/funk band, will be playing at Liberty Steakhouse & Brewery. If you’re willing to make a short drive to the Convention Center on December 11th, the MB Chamber of Commerce is hosting Christmas Towne; a free celebration that includes pony rides, pictures with Santa and tree lighting.
Want to come into to town for these events but don’t have anywhere to stay? We suggest the Fairfield Inn at Broadway at the Beach. It’s a luxury hotel at a reasonable price within walking distance to all the great events.
